Regioselective Definition:

A reaction that can produce two or more constitutional isomers but nevertheless produces one as the major product.

Regioselective Explained:

The addition of non-symmetrical reagent to a non-symmetrical alkene, then two isomeric products that are constitutional isomers can be obtained.
